Purchase and Authenticity

Are the products authentic?
All products are purchased from official brand boutiques, department stores, or official websites in the UK, and come with brand packaging (boxes, shopping bags, dust bags, cards, etc.). Packaging contents vary by brand and store, and shopping bags may be replaced with department store bags.
Will a receipt be provided?
A photocopy of the receipt with personal data removed or a gift receipt will be provided. A copied receipt or gift receipt will not affect brand warranty services.
Which brands do you mainly purchase?
Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Celine, Christian Dior, Hermès, Gucci, Prada, Loewe, YSL, Vivienne Westwood, etc. For other brands, you can send photos via WhatsApp to inquire.
Can I purchase products not listed on the website?
Yes. Luxury handbags, wallets, jewelry, clothing, shoes, accessories, etc., can all be purchased. Please send photos and model numbers via WhatsApp or email, and we will confirm and provide a quote. Inquiries for other UK and European products (not bulky) are also welcome.
Can I purchase from Bicester Village Outlet?
Yes. Please provide photos (screenshots) and model numbers of the desired products, and we will check and provide a quote.

Ordering and Payment

How do I pay after ordering?
After placing an order, payment details will be displayed. Please complete payment within 48 hours, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, FPS, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. For purchases over HKD 30,000, a 50% deposit can be paid first, with the balance due upon collection.
Enjoy an additional 3% discount when paying with FPS.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order for free before the purchase is made. After the purchase is completed, cancellations or refunds due to personal reasons are not possible.
Can I buy it cheaper than on other websites?
Yes. If you have screenshots from other websites or reliable sources, we will match the price and provide a HKD 200 coupon (applicable to orders over HKD 9,900). This also applies if you notify us within 30 days of purchase, and the difference will be refunded in the form of a coupon. This offer is only valid for certain designated brands and products. LondonKelly reserves the right of final decision.

Delivery and Receipt

When can I receive the goods?
Arrival in Hong Kong within 5–14 days after ordering, typically 5–10 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). For urgent deliveries, you can choose DHL express delivery in 3–5 days for an additional fee of HKD 300–600. Delays may occur due to customs inspection or inventory status, and you will be notified accordingly.
What if I don't receive my order after 14 days?
In most cases, you will receive the goods within 10 days. If you still have not received your order after 14 days and have not received any notification, please contact us for follow-up. Orders over HKD 9,900 will receive a HKD 200 coupon as compensation.
Is there a time limit for in-store pickup or holding stock?
The maximum holding period is 3 months (starting from the date of arrival or notification). Orders not picked up after this period will no longer be held.
Can I directly order and send to a friend?
Yes, simply enter the recipient's address as the delivery address. It is recommended to fill in the purchaser's contact information (phone and email), as product information and photos will be sent to the purchaser.

Returns and After-Sales

What if I receive a damaged product?
Please take photos (front, back, sides, and problematic area) within 24 hours of receipt and contact us via WhatsApp or email. Upon confirmation, we will arrange for a replacement. Natural characteristics of leather materials (texture, color differences, slight indentations, etc.) are not considered defects.
What if the product is out of stock after I order?
We will notify you immediately and arrange a full refund. For orders over HKD 9,900, an additional HKD 200 coupon will be issued as compensation.
Is there after-sales service?
LONDONKELLY is a personal shopping service and cannot directly provide brand after-sales service. Brands such as Chanel, Hermès, and Louis Vuitton may offer after-sales service at their global boutiques (subject to brand policy). For after-sales service, please contact the brand's Hong Kong boutique directly.

Jellycat Section

Can I pre-order Jellycat items if they are out of stock?
Pre-orders are not available. If LONDONKELLY is out of stock, it means that online and physical stores in London are also out of stock. We recommend checking back in a few days or monitoring website updates.
What if one item is out of stock in a multi-item Jellycat order?
For orders of 2 or more items, if one item is out of stock causing the total amount to fall below HKD 345 (free shipping threshold), a HKD 30 shipping fee will be incurred. We will notify you by email, and you can choose to add another item or receive a refund for the difference after deducting the shipping fee. If no response is received within 2 days after the email is sent, the system will process it automatically.

Rewards and Offers

Are there rewards for referring friends?
Yes. After your friend completes a purchase of HKD 9,900 or more, WhatsApp us within 3 days with your friend's name to receive a HKD 100 reward.
Are there discounts for writing reviews?
Write a review on Google and tag LONDONKELLY, then send a screenshot to WhatsApp to receive a HKD 50 gift card.
